“Our family, like so many others, has struggled during lockdown. Our teenage boys have struggled with anxiety, drug misuse, self-harm and suicidal thoughts. We have struggled with their aggressive behaviour towards ourselves and the home.

All of which have caused a breakdown in our family relationships. Jack has been helping us work through everything. He has spent time getting to know us all, our complex situation, building excellent relationships with our two teenagers, working with us as a family unit and on a 1:1 basis.

"When I met Jack I was at an extremely low point in my life, after going through many counselors and counseling sessions none of which having worked I thought it was hopeless, Jack was the first counselor that actually worked.
